奇策知行秉持「切入點確定後，才按委聘書收費」的原則。本站不設網上即時付款或刷卡收費。任何收費性質的顧問服務，必須在雙方深入探討、確立具體目標及工作範疇後，簽署正式的書面顧問委聘合約（Engagement Letter）方才生效，費用與付款條款均以該委聘書之明文約定為準。
The online brief tool and the initial 14-day discovery phase are free of charge. Pele Yoetz adheres to the standard: "Fees apply only after the scope is defined and an Engagement Letter is signed." No online credit card or direct payments are processed on this website.
5. 使用者陳述與資料真實性 · User Representations

你的法定權利不受影響：本條款之任何內容均無意亦不得排除或限制香港法例第 71 章《管制免責條款條例》、第 457 章《服務提供（隱含條款）條例》、第 458 章《不合情理合約條例》及第 362 章《商品說明條例》下不能依法排除或限制之任何權利或法律責任。
在香港法律許可的最大範圍內，本網站及線上自動生成簡報按「現狀」（As-Is）及「現有」（As-Available）基礎提供。我們不對第三方不可抗力、網絡中斷、或使用者因信賴未經審閱之自動簡報而作出的商業決策之後果承擔間接或衍生性損失。

本條款受中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其詮釋。雙方同意接受香港法院的非專屬管轄權。本條款以繁體中文及英文雙語發布，兩者具同等效力；若兩者出現任何文意歧義，以對使用者較有利之解釋為準（F12）。
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Both English and Traditional Chinese versions have equal legal force. In the event of any discrepancy, the interpretation most favorable to the user shall prevail.
