2.1 收集目的 · Purposes of Collection
我們收集閣下的個人資料（包括但不限於姓名、職銜、公司名稱、公司電郵、電話、業務行業、痛點描述及相關選項），主要用於以下目的：
- 評估貴公司的諮詢需求及企業營運瓶頸；
- 生成戰略部署簡報及設定生意操作系統（Business OS）個案；
- 聯絡閣下以確認資料及安排戰略會議；
- 在雙方同意進入正式顧問委聘後，用作起草委聘書及跟進諮詢服務；
- 履行法定、合約及法規規定的合規責任。
We collect personal data (including name, title, company name, work email, telephone, industry, operational challenges and answers) for: evaluating consulting needs; generating deployment briefs and setting up Business OS cases; contacting you to confirm details and schedule sessions; preparing formal engagement agreements upon mutual agreement; and fulfilling statutory or compliance duties.
2.2 必填與選填項目 · Mandatory vs Optional Data
在表單中標註為必須填寫的欄位，乃進行初步業務分析及聯絡所需。若閣下未能提供該等資料，我們將無法產出針對性的分析簡報或安排諮詢會議。未標註為必填的欄位（例如直接電話/手提）屬自願性質，未有提供不影響線上簡報之生成。
Fields marked as required are mandatory for preliminary analysis and contact. If not provided, we cannot generate a tailored brief or schedule sessions. Optional fields (e.g. direct phone) are voluntary; failure to provide them will not affect online brief generation.
2.3 資料轉移及披露 · Classes of Transferees
我們對閣下的個人資料嚴格保密。資料僅會向以下各方披露或由其處理：
- 負責貴公司諮詢個案的主責顧問及受保密義務約束的本公司內部人員；
- 為本網站及資料庫提供雲端運算與安全託管的服務供應商（Google Cloud Platform / Firebase，本專案之 Cloud Firestore 資料庫及伺服器實際存放地區為香港地區 / asia-east2）；
- 因應香港法例、法庭命令或監管機構合法要求而必須披露的政府或法定機構。
We treat personal data in strict confidence. Data is only disclosed to: the lead consultant and internal personnel bound by confidentiality; our cloud hosting and security infrastructure providers (Google Cloud / Firebase, with our Cloud Firestore database and backend explicitly hosted in the Hong Kong region (asia-east2)); and regulatory or judicial bodies where required by Hong Kong law. We never sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties.
3. 直接促銷政策 · Direct Marketing
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》第 VIA 部規定，在未取得閣下明確同意（例如於表單中主動勾選獨立的直銷同意選項）前，我們不會將閣下的個人資料用於直接促銷。
如閣下已同意接收直銷資訊，我們僅會使用閣下的姓名及電郵，向閣下發送奇策知行的商業洞察通訊、企業管理專題、戰略活動或諮詢服務更新。
免費拒收權利（Opt-out）：閣下可隨時要求停止接收任何直接促銷通訊。閣下只需點擊推廣電郵中的退訂連結，或隨時電郵至 info@peleyoetz.co 提出要求，我們將在不收取任何費用的情況下迅速處理並將閣下移出發送清單。

Under Part VIA of the PDPO, we will NOT use your personal data for direct marketing without your explicit opt-in consent (via a separate, un-checked checkbox). If consented, we may use your name and email to send commercial insights, newsletters, or advisory service updates. You may opt out at any time free of charge by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or emailing info@peleyoetz.co.
4. 資料保留政策 · Data Retention Schedule
依據保障資料第 2 原則（DPP2），我們保留個人資料的時間不超過達到收集目的所需的時間。本站之具體資料保留準則如下（F18）：
- 未獲接納／拒絕受理之申請個案：自通知日起保留 6 個月後銷毀。
- 已生成簡報但未推進至正式委聘之個案：自最後聯絡日起保留 12 個月後銷毀。
- 生意操作系統（Business OS）帳戶：若連續 12 個月未有任何登入或活動，系統將進行清理及銷毀。
- 正式簽約委聘客戶之合約及業務紀錄：於委聘服務終止後保留 7 年，以符合香港法例第 112 章《稅務條例》第 51C 條的法定商業紀錄保存要求。
- 直銷拒收名單（Opt-out List）：永久保留電郵識別碼，以確保系統永不向已要求退訂之人發送促銷訊息。
In accordance with DPP2, we do not retain data longer than necessary: (a) Declined leads are kept for 6 months then purged; (b) Unconverted leads are kept for 12 months then purged; (c) Inactive Business OS boards are purged after 12 months of inactivity; (d) Formally engaged client contracts and records are retained for 7 years per Cap. 112 s.51C of the Inland Revenue Ordinance; (e) Direct marketing opt-out identifiers are kept indefinitely to honor opt-out preferences.
5. 資料安全措施 · Data Security Measures
我們採取各項合理的安全技術與管理措施保障個人資料（DPP4），包括全站強制 HTTPS 加密傳輸、資料庫嚴格存取權限控制（Firestore Security Rules）、管理員多因素認證、以及端對端安全驗證機制，防止資料未經授權的查閱、處理、抹除或丟失。
We take all reasonable security measures (DPP4) including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, strict Firestore database rules, multi-factor admin authentication, and access controls to prevent unauthorized access, processing, erasure, or loss.
6. 查閱及更正個人資料權利 · Access and Correction Rights
根據《個人資料（私隱）條例》第 18 及 22 條以及保障資料第 6 原則（DPP6），閣下有權查閱及要求更正本公司所持有關於閣下的個人資料。

Under Sections 18 and 22 and DPP6 of the PDPO, you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. 7. 語言及管轄法律 · Governing Law & Language
本政策受香港特別行政區法律管轄並按其詮釋。本政策備有繁體中文及英文版本，兩者具有同等效力。如中英文版本有任何歧異，將以對資料當事人（使用者）較有利之解釋為準（F12）。
This Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Both Traditional Chinese and English versions have equal legal force. In case of ambiguity, the interpretation most favorable to the data subject will prevail.
